दरअसल, कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी नेट्वीट कर पीएम मोदी पर हमला किया था. उन्होंने लिखा था कि पीएमकेयर्स फॉर राइट टु इम्प्रोबिटीश, अर्थात प्रधानमंत्री बेईमानों के अधिकार की चिंता करते हैं.
