Somvati Amavasya. सावन महीना का हर सोमवार बहुत खास होता है लेकिन इस बार सावन का तीसरा सोमवार ज्यादा फलदायी है. ज्योतिष के जानकारों के अनुसार, 20 साल बाद सोमवती अमावस्या का संयोग बन रहा है. इसे हरियाली अमावस्या भी कहते हैं.
ज्योतिष के जानकारों के अनुसार, इस बार सोमवती अमावस्या के दिन चन्द्र, बुध, गुरु, शुक्र और शनि ग्रह अपनी राशि में रहेंगे. इस दिन भगवान शिव की पूजा करना सबसे अधिक फलदायी रहता है. बताया जाता है कि इस दिन महिलाओं को तुलसी की 108 बार परिक्रमा करना चाहिए.

इन देवी देवताओं की करें पूजा
सोमवती अमावस्या के दिन भगवान शिव, पार्वती, गणेश जी और कार्तिकेय की पूजा करनी चाहिए. इस दिन बहुत से भक्त भगवान शिव की कृपा पाने के लिए व्रत रखते हैं। इसके अलावे कई जगहों पर इस दिन पितर देवताओं की पूजा करने औ श्राद्ध करने की भी परंपरा है. मान्यता है कि ऐसा करने से पितर देवताओं को मुक्ति मिल जाती है।
