Ranchi: झारखंड देश के पहले इंश्योरेंस लोक अदालत का गवाह बनेगा. डालसा के निर्देश पर झारखंड में पहली बार इंश्योरेंस लोक अदालत का आयोजन 29 अगस्त को किया जाएगा, इंश्योरेंस लोक अदालत के तहत राज्य के सभी जिला अदालतों में मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट और एमएसीटी के साथ-साथ इंश्योरेंस से संबंधित मुकदमों की सुनवाई एवं निष्पादन किया जाएगा.

रांची जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के द्वारा इंश्योरेंस लोक अदालत की तैयारियां शुरू कर दी गई हैं. डालसा के द्वारा पक्षकारों को नोटिस भेजकर उनके मामलों के सूचीबद्ध होने की जानकारी देने की प्रक्रिया की शुरुआत कर दी गयी है. वहीं इस मौके पर ज्यादा से ज्यादा लंबित मुकदमों का निष्पादन हो इसके लिए दो बेंचो का गठन किया गया है.

सालों से लंबित मामलों का होगा निष्पादन
रांची जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सचिव अभिषेक कुमार ने बताया कि झारखंड में पहली बार लग रहे इंश्योरेंस लोक अदालत में इंश्योरेंस से संबंधित वर्षों से लंबित मामलों का निष्पादन किया जाएगा. 29 अगस्त को लगने वाले इस लोक अदालत में लगभग दो करोड़ रुपये के सेटलमेंट की उम्मीद है. वहीं लगभग 50 से ज्यादा मामलों के सफल निष्पादन की कोशिश की जाएगी. लोक अदालत के दौरान पक्षकारों के बीच मध्यस्थता एवं मुकदमों की सुनवाई वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए की जाएगी. लगभग एक दर्जन राष्ट्रीय इंश्योरेंस कंपनियां इस इंश्योरेंस लोक अदालत में हिस्सा लेंगी.
