Is love brewing between Bollywood playback singer Neha Kakkar and Ranchi Diaries actor Himansh Kohli? Well, if you follow Neha on Instagram, you will be compelled to believe that the two are definitely in love with a barrage of cute images that the singer keeps posting of the couple. However, as all smart celebrities, Neha too has resorted to the defence of ‘we’re good friends’ and nothing more. “Honestly, we just keep on laughing about these reports,” says Neha. “I don’t think there’s anything wrong in what they are saying, but it’s not true. Two best friends can totally say they love and adore each other, without any meaning of romance,” she told HT.
While, Neha may deny her love for Himansh, but the two are spotted everywhere together – including parties, on holidays and most recently in a sizzling new love song produced by T-series called Oh Humsafar. The duo have starred as the onscreen couple for the music video of the song which has been sung by Neha and her elder brother Tony Kakkar who has also composed the song. The video for the song has been shot in the picturesque Greek islands of Crete.
Meanwhile, we aren’t the only ones who fell for their love story following Neha’s constant coochy-coo updates with Himansh on Instagram. In fact, Himansh Kohli’s parents also fell for it and thought the couple got married.
“This year, Mahashivratri happened to be on Valentine’s Day. So, we posted a snap together. Valentine’s is not only about boyfriend-girlfriend, even two friends can celebrate it. But people thought that we have married each other on Mahashivratri. My father also called and he was like, ‘Beta why have you married without informing us. We wouldn’t have said no’. That felt a bit bad… that they believed something that was not true,” Kohli told HT.
