Garhwa/ Palamu: गढ़वा जिले में पिछले दिनों हुई यूपी की दो नाबालिग आदिवासी छात्राओं से सामूहिक दुष्कर्म के मामले में पुलिस ने सात आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है. घटना के दौरान एक दर्जन अपराधियों द्वारा इस कांड को अंजाम दिये जाने की चर्चा थी. लेकिन पुलिसिया अनुसंधान में सात लोगों की ही संलिप्तता सामने आयी. आरोपियों के पास से तीन मोटरसाइकिलों के अलावा चार स्मार्टफोन और पीड़िता का आधार कार्ड बरामद किया गया है.
विदित हो कि गत 29 जुलाई को उत्तर प्रदेश के सोनभद्र जिले की दो आदिवासी नाबालिग लड़कियों के साथ नगर उटांरी थाना क्षेत्र के गरबांध के रास्ते में बराईटांड़ के समीप जंगल में कई युवकों ने सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया था. बाद में पीड़िता ने नगर ऊंटारी थाने में 12 अज्ञात लोगों पर सामूहिक दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज करवाया था.

गढ़वा के एसपी एस. श्रीकांत खोटरे ने बताया कि कांड का उद्भेदन एवं संलिप्त अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी हो गयी है. नगर उटांरी के अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी अजीत कुमार के नेतृत्व में एक पुलिस टीम कार्रवाई कर रही थी. अनुसंधान के क्रम में पीड़िता एवं उनके साथ के लोगों ने पूछताछ के क्रम में बताया कि घटना के समय दोनों पीड़िता अलग-अलग जगह पर थीं तथा लड़के अलग थे. कुछ अपराधी बारी-बारी से इन लोगों के पास आ जा रहे थे जिससे लड़कियां एवं उनके साथी काफी घबराए हुए थे.
दिग्भ्रमित होने के कारण उन्हें लगा कि अपराधियों की संख्या 12 थी. बाद में जब पीड़िता एवं उनके साथी द्वारा गहन रूप से पूछताछ की गयी तो उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि घटना के समय सात आरोपी शामिल थे. तीन मोटरसाइकिल से आये थे. कांड में शामिल सातों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है जबकि घटना में इस्तेमाल की गयी तीन मोटरसाइकिलें बरामद की गयी हैं.

कौन-कौन हुए गिरफ्तार
गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में नगर उटांरी थाना क्षेत्र के चेचरिया निवासी सद्दाम आलम उर्फ सद्दाम सौदागर उर्फ मुख्तार आलम, विक्की खान, अली रजा और जावेद खान उर्फ भोला खान, विशुनपुर के सुफरैल खान, नेयामत खान, और सायद खान के नाम शामिल हैं.
गिरफ्तारी अभियान में नगर उटांरी एसडीपीओ के अलावा पुलिस निरीक्षक अशोक कुमार सिंह, परि.पु.अ.नि राजेश मुंडा, पुरुषोतम कुमार राय सहित अन्य शामिल थे.
