Ranchi: चतरा का पिपरवार और रांची के खलारी थाना क्षेत्र स्थित कोल परियोजना से टीपीसी के उग्रवादी हर माह 6 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की वसूली कर रहे हैं. यह वसूली कमेटी के नाम पर की जा रही है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक इसमें उग्रवादियों के अलावा सीसीएल के अफसर, पुलिस और राजनेताओं को हिस्सा होता है.

पिपरवार इलाके में अब भी जारी है वसूली
पिछले कुछ वर्षों में पुलिस व एनआइए की कार्रवाई से चतरा के टंडवा में हो रही अवैध वसूली पर तो कुछ हद तक रोक लगी है. लेकिन पिपरवार इलाके में यह वसूली अब भी जारी है. जानकारी के मुताबिक चतरा के पिपरवार में अभी अशोका व पुरनाडीह कोल परियोजना चल रहा है.
पिपरवार का परियोजना बंद हो गया है. अशोका और पुरनाडीह कोल परियोजना से हर माह 2 लाख टन से अधिक कोयला ट्रांसपोर्ट होता है. खलारी थाना क्षेत्र में बलथरवा कोल परियोजना है. इस परियोजना से हर माह करीब एक लाख टन कोयले की ट्रांपोर्टिंग होती है.

कोल ट्रांसपोर्टरों से प्रति टन 210 रुपये की वसूली
सूत्रों ने बताया कि कमेटी के जरिये कोल ट्रांसपोर्टरों से प्रति टन 210 रुपये की वसूली की जा रही है. इसमें से टीपीसी के उग्रवादियों को एक बड़ा हिस्सा मिलता है. अगर प्रति माह 3 लाख टन कोयले पर 210 रुपये प्रति टन के हिसाब से हो रही वसूली को देखें, तो यह वसूली प्रति माह 6 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक पहुंचती है.
जानकारी के मुताबिक अशोका कोल परियोजना से रोहन, नीरज व महेंद्र नाम के व्यक्ति के द्वारा कमेटी के जरिये वसूली की जा रही है. पुरनाडीह कोल परियोजना में बिगन, नरेश व विनय नामक व्यक्ति के द्वारा वसूली की जा रही है. जबकि खलारी थाना क्षेत्र स्थित बलथरवा कोल परियोजना में राजकिशोर नाम के व्यक्ति के द्वारा वसूली की जा रही है.
