Assembly Speaker C. P. Singh gave special directives to the House members today. He told the members to maintain decorum inside the House as it was not his sole responsibility of conducting the proceedings smoothly. He directed the MLAs to be present in the House during the question hour when their question was being put up. Incidentally Dy.CM Sudesh Mahto was absent today when he had to reply to 14 questions pertaining to his various ministries.
