Ranchi: Inaugurating the new upper class waiting room at the Ranchi Railway station, General Manager (GM) SE Railway, Sh. Aditya Prakash Mishra said that he has found the Ranchi Zone to be the best in the SE Zone. All the work relating to welfare of commuters were going on at a brisk pace.

He however emphasized the need for maintaining absolute cleanliness at all the stations. In this context an additional Toilet room was sanctioned. The GM also promised to look into the matter of sub-standard racks being provided in the Ranchi Rajdhani Express and said that a full fledged technical team would be sent immediately to address and rectify the problems. He also ordered all the Station Masters to make readily available the complaint book on passenger’s demand and assured immediate action on the complaints related to services in the train as well as at the stations.
