<description>A very well written article on the issue which carries much importance. From the day the right to free and comuplsory education passed by the Indian parliament, it is facing criticism from various groups because the act excludes many vital issues. The education and mainly the functioning of the schools in the maosit areas is a major issue at this juncture of time and when the government is planning and deploying more security personals in these areas. Certainly schools shall be used for their stay. In this context the right to free and compulsory education is a total fallacy. On the one hand government gives right to education and on the other snatching it from the tribals in the name of fighing with maoists.
